Pair of hand painted bisque porcelain Victorian child busts 4 1/8"

These are the most exquisite little pair 0f figurines. Delicate facial features and light blue bases. Made of bisque porcelain and are hollow. I see no makers marks. Measures 4 1/4" tall. Both are pristine.
