Vintage California pottery February lady, by Ynez

Wonderful vintage lady fiurine is by Ynez, and was featured in the 1947 catalog called Giftwares. This was one of the Ynez Children of the year. The figurine has her typical painted eyes and bow and hair curl formation. She is not signed but has two initials an F and a D incised into the ceramic on the bottom. She measures 6 3/8" tall and is in perfect condition other than some crazing. She wears a blue and white dress with tiny flowers and clutches a large red valentine heart with two smaller hearts on strings. Ceramic lace on the shoulders of her dress that is in wonderful condition. Blond hair done in auger curls with a matching blue ribbon. She is not signed Yona or Ynez, just the previous initals I mentioned. Email me for a photo of her back view if you like. A lovely collectible to add to your ladies figurines.
