This is one in a series of 4 banks issued by Nelson and Billie McCoy to recognize the 200th birthday of Zanesville and Muskingum County! Each bank was a limited production and this one is a pretty burgundy/mauve color which was the last color issued in the series. For whatever reason, this bank was labeled as a "second" and as such, it was not issued a number...
I thought about "parting out" this Shawnee cookie jar/bank -- this is a Winnie top with a Smiley bottom! They are difficult to find items, they fit together well, I purchased them together so I'm selling them together -- perhaps you need a top or a bottom and can resell the other piece -- or just enjoy as is!

CUTE BANK SHAPED LIKE A PIRATE'S TREASURE CHEST! IT'S IN A WARM BROWN COLOR WITH BLACK COLD PAINT "ANTIQUING" EFFECTS. MEASURES 6 3/8" LONG, 4 1/4" WIDE, 4 1/4" TALL. MARKED ON BOTTOM: 2203, MADE IN USA. ALSO HAS MANUFACTURER'S NAME, HEAVILY GLAZED BUT APPEARS TO BE TERRACE CERAMICS. BANK IS IN WONDERFUL CONDITION WITH A COUPLE "NIBBLES" AT THE COIN SLOT. NICE ITEM!

Very neat clear glass bank! It measures 7 1/4" tall and has wonderful details -- he's a clown!
Metal cap has a clown face and has a slot (his mouth) with a paper liner that can be slit so that it becomes a coin slot.

This is a cute, older Santa bank! Measures 5 ¾” tall and has a red with gold “made in Japan’ sticker on bottom.
He is papier-mache’ and is in very good condition with some flecks of missing color (could be easily touched up).
