THE BUTTERFLY SHAPE VASE FROM MCCOY'S BUTTERFLY LINE OF THE EARLY 1940's IS DIFFICULT TO FIND! THIS ONE IS WHITE, MEASURES 5 1/2" TALL (AT TALLEST), 4 1/2" WIDE (AT WIDEST). IT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH SOME TYPICAL MCFLAWS. THERE ARE STRESS MARKS INSIDE BOTTOM (DO NOT GO THROUGH). ONE CORNER HAS A PRODUCTION "BRUISE" OR IT COULD BE FROM USE -- I'M NOT CERTAIN -- IT'S A 1 1/8" GLAZE BREAK ON THE RIM. IT DID NOT COME LOOSE AND HAS NO EVIDENCE OF REPAIR...

This listing has a beautiful McCoy Pottery pink hyacinth vase! The colors are outstanding and mold detail is excellent.

Although beautiful, vase is not in perfect condition. It has a few very small glaze dings on flower blooms and one bottom corner has a slice type chip...

This listing has a lovely figural item -- the flying birds planter!

Made in the mid 1940s, planter is white with shiny over-glaze. Front has two in-mold swallows that still retain approximately 90% of their original cold paint.

Bottom of planter is marked McCoy.

Planter is in very good vintage condition -- rim edge has a 1/4" super tight interior hairline. It does not go through and actually looks like a craze line. The underneath of bird's beak has a 1/16" ding...

This listing has lovely and difficult to find McCoy items -- a matte white flower bowl centerpiece with matching candle holders!

Made in the 1940s, these items have an in-mold leaves with a lily (?) design.

They are in wonderful condition with some typical McFlaws -- stress marks, pin pops, and the flower bowl has some tiny dark specks under the glaze.

I examined these items very closely and the only thing I could see that may be "use" evidence is a 1/16" flea bite on rim of...

This is a difficult to find McCoy cookie jar -- the "Cork" lid jar!

Jar is a pretty creamy color with top 1/3 being dark brown and has shiny over-glaze.

The lid looks like a large cork and has a bisque type finish.

Jar measures 8 1/4" tall to rim, 9 1/4" from bottom to top of lid...

Neat McCoy pitcher from the brown drip dinnerware line!

Pitcher is the perfect size for syrup or cream -- measures 5 1/4" tall (at tallest). Marked on bottom: USA.

These small pitchers are difficult to find in any of McCoy's dinnerware lines.

Pitcher is in very good condition -- has a 3/16" glaze ding on underside of pour lip -- that's it! -- priced to reflect this imperfection.

Beautiful colors on this McCoy flower bowl! It’s gray with purple overdrip (similar to spongeware) and one end has an applied purple grape cluster with green leaves.

Made in 1953, flower bowl is marked McCoy, USA. It measures 10 3/8” long (at longest), 7 ¾” wide (at widest) and 2 ¾” tall.

Flower bowl and grapes are in excellent condition but one of the brown stem ends is blunt -- it has color and I believe it to be production but cannot be certain...

Excellent condition stoneware barrel shape mugs by McCoy! There are two in this listing, measure 4 ¾” tall, and they’re green with shiny glaze.

Mugs are marked on bottoms with the number 4 (shield mark). Great addition to a collection of older McCoy items!

This is one of the nicest unmarked McCoy frog planters you’ll find anywhere!

He’s the chubby style frog planter and is a brighter green than most others.

Great mold detail and is in excellent condition – no chips, no cracks, no crazing!

As with the other frogs and turtles we’ve just listed, this one has been a part of my McCoy collection for a number of years. Very nice addition to a collection!

This listing has a very colorful McCoy cookie jar – the bright yellow mouse!

Made only 1978-79, this is a nice size jar (7 ¼” to rim, 11 ½” from bottom to top of ears) and is marked on bottom: 208, McCoy, Lancaster Colony (mark), USA.

Mr. Mouse is in wonderful condition – has a very faint, super tight ¼” hairline on lid’s inner rim – not surprising because the lid fits snugly...

Very nice little Heinz “mini” bean pots made by McCoy! They’re brown with shiny glaze and are marked on bottoms: Heinz, Made by McCoy. Measures 2 ¼” tall, 3 ¾” (from tab type handle to handle), opening is 2 ½” diameter. They’re in excellent condition – look new and unused. These little bowls are great for individual servings of salsa!

This is a neat item – a McCoy matte finish white bowl for a pitcher and bowl set!

Bowl has lost its' pitcher! It measures 10 ¾” diameter, 3” tall, and is marked on bottom: McCoy, 7515, USA.

In wonderful condition with only “use” evidence being a tiny (1/16”) ding on rim edge and very, very minor interior crazing! It has a few typical McCoy production pin-pops that are of no consequence.

Beautiful wall pocket from McCoy’s floral country line! This is a large wall pocket – measures 9 ½” long (at longest), 5 3/8” wide (at widest).

Wall pocket is in excellent condition with no “use” evidence!

Produced only 1985-86, this is McCoy’s school bus cookie jar!

I think it looks like a taxi but reference materials state it is a bus – I have seen one with perfect cold paint and the top has “Bus” written on it – this wording is almost always worn away due to handling of the lid.

Anyway, jar is bright yellow with cold paint accents – still retains approximately 95% of the original cold paint but is showing some wear due to washing.

Marked on bottom: 352, USA...

Difficult to find tall mugs from McCoy’s pretty Strawberry Country dinnerware line!

Mugs measure 5” tall, marked on bottoms: McCoy, Lancaster Colony (mark), USA.

Because of their shape, these mugs are also called “soda” mugs – all are in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks, no crazing!

This is the “shelf” type – perfect to display a small collectible or a votive candle.

It measures 11 ½” long (at longest), 6” wide (at widest), and is in excellent condition.

This listing has two McCoy planters, new, never used with original purchase stickers still attached! They are a pretty avocado color (one lighter) and both have shiny glaze, measure 7 1/8” long, 4 ½” wide, and 3 ¼” tall.

Marked on bottoms: McCoy, USA. The purchase sticker shows these were purchased at “Index, 5 cents to $1.00 store” and were priced at $1.99 each.

Excellent additions to a collection!

This listing has a large size covered casserole from McCoy’s Brown Drip line!

It measures 10” diameter, 4 ¾” tall (to rim), and is marked on bottom: 7076, USA, McCoy (in circle with lines), Oven Proof.

Casserole and lid are in excellent condition and have very pretty colors!
