Another beautiful McCoy “No Hunting” planter! This item was purchased at the same estate sale as our item #2991 planter. This one has richer coloring – greens are darker and the “No Hunting” sign still has its original cold paint. Planter is in wonderful condition but as sometimes happens between viewing the item and actually purchasing it, the bird sustained a very light glaze ding (in the edge of the blue color)...
This listing has a mint condition bell from McCoy’s Spirit of ’76 line! Decal is intact and unmarred and bell still has its original “clapper – absolutely no evidence of “use”!

It measures 12” diameter, marked USA, and has no “use” evidence.
The rim has a ¼” white spot that at first glance appears to be a chip – it’s not – it’s a glaze pool that popped off! I looked at it with a magnifying glass and there’s color in the white part indicating a production McFlaw...
