The bright, vibrant colors and the leaf shaped edge caught my attention and this lovely hanky has been a part of my collection for many years.

Hanky measures 13” x 13 ¾” and is in excellent condition.

Another beautiful handkerchief with leaves! This one is a pretty gray color and it has yellow/gold color oak leaves all around the edge. Hanky measures 13 ¾” x 13 ¾” and is in excellent condition!!

This is another somewhat unusual leaves handkerchief! The handkerchief is brown with a blue hand stitched/rolled hem and the pattern is of clusters of colorful leaves. Hanky measures 13 ¼” x 13 ¼” and is in excellent condition!

There’s just something about this hanky that I especially like – I think it’s the color contrast. The handkerchief is white and it’s almost completely covered with gray poppies with bright green stems and leaves. Hanky measures 13 ¼” x 13 ½” and is in excellent condition.

This listing has a gorgeous white hanky with “Pauline” in white! Measures 11 ¼” x 11” and is in excellent condition.

This white linen hanky has delicate tatted edging and a tatted star in one corner! It measures 11 ¾” x 11 ¼” and is in excellent condition!

This hanky is not only very pretty but is somewhat unusual! There are pink flowers all around the border and each corner has two white roses that have blue color accents – an unusual combination. Hanky measures 13 ¾” x 13 ½” and is in new condition!

Absolutely beautiful hanky! It’s white with a border or orange color rosebuds and gold color sprigs of baby’s breath. There is a large bouquet of orange color roses in the center and a hanky corner is shaped for one of the roses. Hanky measures 13 ¼” x 13 ½” and is in excellent condition.

This “Burmel Original” hanky has lots of detail! The hanky is white with a bouquet of orange poppies in each corner with an orange “ribbon” connecting them. Between the bouquets, the ribbons have 3 “bows” that are tied around small bouquets of gold and blue flowers. The hanky border has lots of little orange flowers and gold with blue center flowers and scattered around the center of the hanky are orange color rosebuds...

The colors on this pretty hanky are somewhat unusual! The hanky is white with a blue border that has blue with white rosebuds all around. The central design is a large tan, brown, and white rose with blue leaves and stem! The rolled and stitched hem is tan color to beautifully coordinate with the color of the large rose! Hanky measures 14 ¾” x 14 ¾” and is in excellent condition. Based on the style and design of this handkerchief, I would surmise it is a Burmel production.

Another gorgeous hanky with purple violets!

This one has lots of little bouquets and is accented with single blooms.

Hanky measures 14 ¼” x 14 ½” and is in excellent condition.

This is a beautiful hanky with a somewhat unusual design of gray roses! Handkerchief measures 16 ¼” x 16” and still has the Burmel sticker/label. Gorgeous!

Another beautiful hanky with lots of color! This one has bouquets of pink poppies “tied” with a blue bow and the bows have cut-outs. Hanky measures 13 ¾” x 13 ¼” and is in excellent condition.

Gorgeous yellow orchids and Lily of the Valley on this vintage handkerchief!

The orchid bloom is in one corner of the hanky and the hem follows the shape of the flower.

Handkerchief measures 14 3/4” x 14 3/4”.

Another gorgeous hanky for “Eleanor”! This one is white with Eleanor stitched in pink and accented with flowers. Measures 13 ½” x 13 ½” and has machine stitched edge done in pink thread.
