The edge is trimmed in platinum or silver. It looks more like platinum to me but I can't find any documentation on this. There is no damage, and looks as if it was never used. No marks from utensils. Hat shaped, white porcelain with edge border of pink roses. Perfect condition! Diameter at Top Rim: 6”. Diameter at Foot-Ring: 3”
Diameter of top opening of Ash Vessel: 2-1/4”. Height: 1. 3/4” Marked Noritake Nippon Toki Kaisha. This mark was used in the 1950's.
This authentic Noritake china ashtray may have been part of a formal dinnerware set purchased at one time in Japan. Given it's excellent condition, it may never have been used.

Noritake China pattern #1313 oval platter made from 1926-1954. Delicate pink roses and swags with grey band and gold trims. This is the smaller oval platter 12" long. Pristine condition. Marks with the initials RC have a special place in the Noritake production. In 1926 a back stamp with RC (Royal Crockery) with a right turned laurel twig registered in India for India and Southeast Asian market was used for the first time. These have this mark. Lovely old hand painted art deco three footed bowl with the old green Noritake Morimura backstamp. The green ink (M with wreath Hand Painted Nippon) backstamp. Lovely large scale hand painted florals with blac border and gold edge trim and legs. Meausres 6 3/4" in diameter and stands 2 3/4" tall. No chips cracks or repairs. A very lovely old piece to add to your collection.
