Limited Edition Mothers Day plate for 1977 by Porsgrunds Norway. Artist Gunnar Bratlie. Pretty cobalt blue delft coloring featuring a boy sitting on a log feeding the chickens. A rooster, mama hen and chicks gather for feeding. Plate measures 5 1/8" diameter and is in excellent condition with no damages or repairs.Eighth issue in the series. Plate only, no box. A cute clear glass small bowl in the shape of a hen or chick, with the top being the body, and the base being the nest from Anchor Hocking. The base has raised square and oblong glass designs (waffle like) and the bottom is incised with an Anchor through the letter,H, and U.S.A. The hen on nest measures 4 in. high to the top of its head, with the opening of the nest being 3 ¼ in. dia. These were made from 1937-1967. Perfect condition with no damages. Beautifully crafted plate from H. Arndt and depict family of chickens. Signed by artist on the front I have another plate listed that would match perfectly, just a different scene of the same chicken family.
We're not sure how old these are, but they are made of nice heavy glazed china. Clear rubber stoppers, and are in perfect condition. Measures almost 3 1/2" tall, and are lifelike size.Great item for the chicken collector, but would be especially nice for Easter.

Third plate in the Carefree Days collection by artist Thorton Utz. This plate is titled "Feeding time" and portrays a child feeding the baby chicks. Plate measures 8 1/2" in diameter and has real 24k gold edge trim. Made by Viletta China Company. This plate has been long retired and is in perfect condition. Original certificate of authenticity included and styro box..

Nice large hand painted rooster salt and pepper shakers are made of ceramic and measure 4 3/4" tall. They are in pristine condition and have their plastic stoppers. I don't believe they have ever been used. (I have the matching cookie jar listed also). Made by CIC Coco Dowley.
