It’s been a while since I’ve seen one of these hair bonnets! Originally designed to protect a lady’s “hair-do” – all the ladies would put on one of these bonnets before exiting the beauty parlor/salon!

These bonnets were styled large enough that they wouldn’t squish that just rolled/curled and teased hair (this style was also used for plastic rain bonnets!).

Anyway, the bonnet in this listing is upscale fancy with little black dots all over...

This listing has a vintage black netting veil hat with ribbon adornments! In new condition – still has original sales tag from Stewarts' Department Store (long out of business).

Original price was $6, marked down to $3.99, and final price of 99 cents – wow!

Although this hat is new old store stock, one of the veil threads (by mannequin's nose in first photo) has come undone probably during storage...

It has black “beauty” dots and clear rhinestones with a black velvet bow on top with another at center back seam.

Still in original box!

This listing has an excellent condition vintage hat! Hat may appear to be navy blue in photo but it is a rich, deep black color.

It has a petal shape edge and attached black netting veil.

No manufacturer’s identification – does have “Union Made in USA” label inside.

This black scarf (and our HAT#312) was purchased at the same estate sale as the other chapel scarves I have just listed. It is suitable as a chapel scarf and I believe that was its original use.

Scarf is black with black circles, measures 49” long, and 16 ¾” wide. It is in wonderful condition with a few pulls/snags (not unusual with nylon scarves). I don’t believe them to be at all detrimental but I have adjusted price to reflect being a little less than perfect...

This is an interesting ladies vintage summer hat!

It’s black with black netting veil and the veil has red, white, and blue dots.

This listing has a beautiful black velvet clutch style evening bag with prong set clear rhinestones along top closure!

Handbag is in wonderful condition with velvet having very slight wear, not at all noticeable.

This is a very nice evening bag with an attached coin purse that is marked: #1, USA.

It's black velvet, inside has a small mirror with holder (not attached), a velvet carry strap, and has two nice size decorative Lucite accents at top of purse frame.

It’s a rich dark black color, made of velvet (or velour), and has a black ribbon bow as the only adornment.

Please see photos of this gorgeous hat! It is in wonderful vintage condition. You may wish to replace the ribbon bow to spruce/freshen it up a bit.

This listing has a beautiful black velvet vintage purse from my personal collection and it is in excellent condition!

It is clean inside and out, still contains the original pocket mirror in its' own little paper sack.

Probably used no more than a couple times if at all -- there is no wear to the velvet.

This is a beautiful vintage chapel scarf! It’s somewhat different than usually found – scarf is black with black flocked flowers – very eye-catching! Scarf is in excellent condition with minor wear to some of the flowers (not unusual as flocking wears from use and laundering).

Scarf has been hand laundered and lightly pressed (by me). It is ready to use or give as a gift.

This is a neat and rather unusual hat – it’s blue and gray with blue netting veil!

It’s in super condition!

Please note: it appears the back of hat has wear, it does not. It's a velvet/velveteen type material and it's just the way the pile/nap was rubbed prior to taking photos.

This listing has a head band style hat covered with silk flower/petals! It is in excellent condition, looks new!

These head band style hats were very popular in the 1970s; most often worn in weddings (I know, I wore a few myself as maid of honor).

Wow – this handkerchief has beautiful workmanship! It’s a lovely blue color with outstanding white drawn-work and white tatting edging. Measures 12 ¾” x 13” and is in excellent condition.

This listing has a gorgeous hat -- it is a band/cage style hat with netting veil!

Hat is navy blue and is accented with a blue flower bloom.

The veil is also navy blue and has 2 little navy blue flowers with leaves.
