Beautiful Indian plate issued by the Franklin Mint. Plated was authorized by the Western Heritage Museum. This was a limited edition so it is no longer an issued plate. Titled "You missed a spot" Two dalmation puppies, a water hose, scrub brush and a galvanized tub, means bath time! Limited edition from 1995.
