Base is about 5 1/2" long. This is pink glass, not flashed. Wonderful condition but there is a little roughness on the bottom part where the lid rests inside the dish. Not noticeable unless you feel for it. A very pretty powder jar or candy dish.

A wonderful large ceramic figurine of a daucshund sitting, Look at those pretty eyes. He is the rd / brown variety. HE measures 7 3/4" tal and is 8 1/2" long. Pristine condition. All decoration is under glaze. He is gorgeous. Perfect for the doxie lover.
