It is called "Colorado Columbines," and the hand painted design on it is a dark teal color w/light teal flowers on brown tree trunks; it has a gold trim on both the cup and the saucer,which stands on three delicate curled toes The cup is 2¼" tall and 4" in diameter; the saucer is 5½" in diameter. It would make a great addition to a collection.
