This little reindeer has a very unique whimsical look about him. The more I look at him , I think he may be a moose! Made of hand painted glazed ceramic with cold paint trim on the antlers. He measures 11" tall and is in very good condition other than 2 chips UNDER the glaze on the lid. See photo 2. Marked DCJ 1985 N,A,C.

Popular in the 80's was Glenda goose from the Blue goose line. This one is made of ceramic with cold paint details. Made in Taiwan. Measures 13 3/4" tall. I have 2. They both have flaws, One has a chip on the inner part, and the other has a crack. Both had bits of paint loss, so they have been touched up with ceramic paint. Average condition one is pictured (before touch up). you choose which one.

Nice hand painted glazed ceramic cookie jar is in the shape of an old milk can. It has a raised relief design of a spotted cow and hand painted decoration of an arch over the cow that says COOKIE JAR and is decorated with roses on each end and other hand painted accents. Measures 11" tall and is in perfect condition.

Nice cookie jar in the shape of a lady duck. Made of hand painted glazed ceramic. Nicely made. She has a pink ribbon tied in a bow around her neck. A few glaze chips on the bow, but still appears nice. Measures 12" tall.

Marked USA and made by McCoy in 1985. This is the Panel cookie jar that was made with various decals. This decoration is of assorted fruit, cherries, and peaches. Measures 8" tall and is in Fantastic condition with no chips or cracks.

Sweet farmers wife cookie jar is made of hand painted ceramic. She is dressed in a long dress with apron. She holds a bunch of wheat and has an apron full of baker's tools. She measures 10 1/2" tall. Made in china. Perfect condition except for a hairline crack under the glaze that was done before firing on the back part of the head.It is not noticeable however unless very closely inspected. This is an adorable cookie jar for that country kitchen

Treasure Craft cookie jar is made of hand painted glazed ceramic. It has an appearance of being quilted. Pretty colors of cream,pinks blue, and green. Has a heart over the door, flowers and a kitty cat sitting on the fence. Perfect condition. Made in 1987 and measures 11" tall.

Big, bright, and bold! This is hand painted glazed ceramic made by Oneida china. Dark blue with large white daisy pattern. Daisy on the top makes it complete. Measures 9 1/2" tall and is large and roomy for retrieving those cookie treats! Freshness gasket inside the lid makes it airtight for longer storage. Wonderful condition!!

Hand decorated ceramic cookie jar by Sherwood. The cottage style house is actually a sweets shop. Could use either side, the back side looks like a regular cottage. Nice condition. One very tiny glaze flake that could be touched up easily. Measures 9 1/2" tall.

Presents and toys sit under the tree. No makers mark or sticker, but appears to be a newer jar. No cracks or chips. It looks as if a tip on the star had a glaze chip but has been touched up nicely. Large white glazed ceramic cannister made by Sears Home line. This may have been part of a cannister set. This one is the cookie jar and measures 9 1/2" tall. Very nice condition with the exception of a chip repair inside the inner lip of the jar. Not noticeable from the outside appearance. At first I thought it to just be a flaw, but it is a chip repair. Marked HOME on the bottom.

Little brown bear looks as if he ate the cookies! He has a very guilty look. Made of hand painted heavy glazed ceramic. Was hand made by DOTTIE (signature on bottom) Measures 12" tall and has no damages at all. A very cute cookie jar.

Glazed ceramic bear wears a chef hat and has a neck kerchief. I believe it has been repainted mauve, as I had another that had the original red kerchief. Someone probably repainted to match their kitchen decor. No chips, but does have a spiderweb crack about the size of a quarter under his mouth area. Hard to detect, but is there. Measures 13 1/2" tall and factory molded B&D copyright on the bottom.
