The botttom appears to be oven proof and looks as if it has been baked in. There is some heat crazing on the bottom...

They appear a little larger than regular teaspoons. They appear to have never been used. Bowl area is 1 5/8" x 2 5/8". May be small signs of shelf wear upon close inspection. A beautiful Ironstone teapot marked ELLEGREAVE ENGLAND with h/p gold numbers and initial on the bottom. Beautiful shape, and decorated with sprays of violets and pretty embossing around the center, and has gold decorative trims. Measures 6 1/2" tall with the lid on. Lid has the safety catch and a steam vent hole. Teapot is in EXCELLENT condition.
