This pretty frosted Autumn Leaf 5 1/2 inch Water Tumbler was made to accompany the Hall China Autumn Leaf dinnerware. This Tumbler holds 14 ounces and is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The Autumn Leaf decoration is all very good. We guarantee items to be as described. THANK YOU.

"Pat. Mar. 20. 1894," as stamped on the backside of this piece, along with a "lion, anchor, G" emblem and "Sterling," Gorham's "Zodiac" series proved popular from its introduction onward.

Teaspoons are readily found, but children's pieces such as this 5 3/4" long, weighty at 1.0 T. oz., youth fork are less common.

This example is "August" and "Virgo," noting that the sign and month in this line do not necessarily correlate exactly with contemporary conventions.

Each of these two tea or coffee spoons measure 5 1/4" long and weigh approximately .9 T. oz. combined.

Matching items, they are marked for London, 1814-15, sterling, and makers Peter and William Bateman. The maker's stamp is rubbed but is legible for these familiar members of their well-known English silversmithing family, and the date is appropriate.

The "Old English" handles are downturned with "Tipt" backsides and have thumb drops on the bowl reverses.

Early production, fully original, examples of Whiting's Art Nouveau "Lily" pattern, this set is comprised of a 9 1/8" long, 3.5 T. oz., fork, and 9" long, 3.2 T. oz., spoon.

Salad servers, each piece could also be used individually.

They are marked with Whiting's "lion and W" emblem, "Pat'd 1902," "R'D 1902," "Sterling," an Old English "O" letter, and the name of the retailer, Philadelphia's "Bailey, Banks & Biddle Co."
