This vintage Knickerbocker figurine or novelty stem is by Morgantown Glass from the 1940s. It features a crystal clear stem of man in a top hat wearing a monocle (looks like the Planter Peanut's man.) The flared art deco sky blue blown bowl darkens as it forms the base, that is then attached to the stem. The foot is also blue and is blown, finished glass that is also attached to the clear stem He stands 5 1/4" high and is in perfect, unused condition. Highly collectible. Book value $150.

The optic melon body shows deep swelling panels that swirl and shine through the neck to the deeply ruffled rim. It has a faint Fenton imprint on the bottom. These two rare Morgantown Princess optic amber wine stems are little pieces of fine art glass. Each whisper-thin crystal clear Princess optic bowl is mold blown and hand finished. The amber, almost root beer color stems, are pulled from the base of the bowl and given a twist before being attached to the broad flat foot. This fabulous vintage Imperial Beaded Block yellow bowl shows a wide array of colors. The pattern shows rows of beaded lines defining blocks of stipple glass.The ruffled rim is scalloped and it sits on a collar foot with a large star on the bottom. This fantastic Julia etched panel optic wine goblet is by Tiffin Glass. Three full-size motifs surround the optic bowl - stylized flaming compotes with with uplifting feathery leaves holding drop flower buds... quite dramatic. The stem (#15011) is a lovely honey-amber fluted pedestal and nob on a broad amber foot. It stands 7 7/8" tall and is in excellent, unused condition. Production date 1930.
