Pretty "Sampler" pattern that is Royal Staffordshire ironstone by J&G Meakin. Pretty cobalt sampler decorations on a bright white background. Pristine condition! This beautiful platter is in a pinkish red color. Most companies call it pink, I'm not certain of Meakin , I think they call it red. J & G Meakin came out with the Romantic England series in the 1940s. This platter is titled "Itham Mote". The platter features a large English cottage with a man in very early dress in a boat on a pond along with lovely country scenery. It is a very beautiful scene and is signed Frank Trigger. The platter is in beautiful condition, free of cracks, chips & stains. ...
