Vintage Japan kitten or cat cookie jar. I have noticed the Japan manufacturers made these with different hats. This one has a coolie hat with a flower on each side and wear a red and yellow polka dot tie. Some decoration in underglaze but it has cold paint accents for the tie and flowers. No chips or damages. Japan stamped into the mold, underglaze. Measures 10" tall. A sweet vintage collectible cookie jar for kitty lovers!

Awesome vintage glazed ceramic cookie jar in the shape of a barrel or keg. Marked Japan. Decorated with grapes . Jar rests tilted onto logs that are also decorated with grapes, but all one piece. Measures 7 1/2" tall and is in perfect condition. Glazed inside too. Light crazing.

Vintage Made in Japan large tiger cat kitten cookie jar! Cute brown and black kitty has big blue eyes and sports a dandy bow around his neck. This happy kitty is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks, being just as cute as he can be! He has light vintage crazing throughout as well. He’d be a wonderful addition to any collection. Measures 11 1/2" tall and is in great condition, with no chips or cracks. A wonderful addition to your cookie jar, or Chicken collection. She would be cute for Easter too. No maker on the bottom.

Vintage kitchen witch"; cookie jar. Some call them a Poppet. According to legend, the presence of the kitchen witch will "protect your kitchen from fires, keep your bread from falling and scare away evil spirits." Not bad for a cookie jar! This Kitchen Witch is painted with yellow and green accents, with a black head scarf. Rosy cheeks and holes for her eyes. Her eyes made me think she may have been made by Metlox or Poppy trail...

Made of ceramic, almost looks like the older home made ones. No markings. Measures just over 12" tall to the tip of his ears. Just look at those rosy cheeks and that cute bunny smile. Nice condition with no chips, or damages. He does have all over crazing which I think adds to his character. He's a love!!

Very nice previously owned and used, 'ceramic cookie jar', in the form of a large Christmas bell with a bow and sprig of holly .The bell and bow are cream color, and the holly is green with red berries.Relief scroll decorations all around the bell. THis may have been done in ceramic class years ago, but has no makers mark or initials. Nice with one shall chip that is hard to detect because it is on the bow. Slight crazing typical with age. 8" tall. Very nice!

This little cookie jar is made entirely of glazed ceramic and appears to be made of bamboo, with a large piece of bamboo for the finial. It says COOKIES across the front. No markings of any kind. Very small in size for a cookie jar measuring just 7" tall to the top of the finial. Perfect condition.

Old glazed pottery cookie jar by Brush McCoy. The Formal pig, all decked out in his formal attire. The bottom is perfect but the head has been repaired. The repair is so good it is hard to see, as it looks like a faint hairline crack, and it is on the backside of the head. This cookie jar is one of the rarer ones and books for 550.00 and higher. So if you are looking for the entire cookie jar or just need the perfect bottom half, this is a great deal for you...
