A nice hand made reproduction of an antique china doll from long ago. This one was made in 89. China head, arms and feet & legs. Cloth body Nicely sewn, and the dress is cotton with oodles of old style cotton eyelet lace and ribbons. All hand painted glazed china parts. She is 18" tall and in perfect condition. Signed on the back her head/back "Wilma 89". No breaks or damages and clothes are nice with no rips or soils.
This adorable craft is so sweet. Little Raggedy Ann and Andy rag dolls sit in a metal bucket with snowballs and holly sprigs. There is a wire bail which you may hang it from, or sit it independantly. An adorable little vintage sombrero that was probably a souvenir from Mexico. Well made and covered with marroon velvet, sequins, silver braid, and decorative stitching. Does your chihuahua need a new hat? Maybe you need some table props for a south of the border banquet or party? Maybe even a nice doll hat for that little senoir' doll. Nice condition. Braid has one small spot that has been frayed, but can just be tucked back under the stitch. I will be listing more.
American Character bride doll has such a pretty face. vinyl arms and legs, hard plastic body and legs.Jointed poseable arms and legs, sleepy eyes with nice full lashes, Hair nice and original clothes with shoes, panties and stockings. 17 1/2" tall. Very nice doll. Bouquet included (but not original). Well Marked. No stains, cuts, discoloration or rips on the clothining. Overall very nice condition.
Vintage 20's rag doll is called a topsy turvy or a double ended doll. They were made where the skirt fell over the head and arms of the ends. Mainly found in the US. Each sides of the dress is a different calico print. Lace trim partially loose on the dress (can be tacked back into place easily). Each dress is fastened at the back with 2 small snaps and the white doll is wearing a sunbonnet. The faces are hand painted on the fabric...
