Silver tone setting, and all stones are intact, and the pin back is very secure. The pink stones appear to be plastic or lucite. No name on this one but its very pretty. Safety award from the Sierra Division of Louisana Pacific Industries. Theis is a money clip but also has a knife blade and nail file blade that make it a pocket knife also. No dents or rust and the blades are in excellent working condition. They are stamped stainless steel Japan. Not sure of the date.
