Vintage hand painted porcelain dog toothpick holder stamped (red ink) Made in Japan. This is an oldie. Measures 2 1/4" tall and has no chips or damages. Paint is very good. He has a fly on him. Maybe this is why he is in a scratching position. Adorable collectible

Nice vintage glazed ceramic souvenir salt and pepper shakers.One says Grand Canyon, and the other says Arizona. One is a Mexican man taking a siesta, and the other is a 6 1/4" saguaro cactus. Original corks, and no damages at all. Mans hiney fits into the indentation of the cactus base. Man goes with cactus.
Old hand painted salt and pepper shakers measure 2 1/2" tall and are shaped like steins. Windmill on the back of eachvand a picture of a cowboy riding a horse on the fronts. and says Texarkana USA. Stopper missing in one. chip within the roughness of one of the bottom rims. Not noticeable unless turned over and inspected closely. Photo shows each side.
He appears to be a Native, and is made of wood with tufts of yarn for hair. These nutcracker heads were very popular in the 1950s. You hold a nut in the mouth and twist the notched wooden peg that comes through the bottom until it squeezes the nut so tight that shells crack. He measures 5" tall and is in excellent condition. Cute vintage set of shakers for your beach house. Made of hand painted glazed ceramic. About 1 1/2" tall. original corks are gone, and there is a chip on the starfish tip. Someone has put gold paint on it, so it could be touched up nicer. Actually not so noticeable at a glance. The picture shows well because I intended to show the detail. Stamped JAPAN in black.
