Nice old military sheet music by Lawrence Mansfield Matt. National Guard New York. Photo of a highly decorated officer on the cover with the name "Hall". This was a dedication to the 22nd regiment. Cover artist Starmer. Pages seperated, and one small tear at the top, but basically in very good condition.No stains, writing or discoloration. Condition is a little less than average, with some tears, a signature ans some loose pages. All music accounted for. Would still be fine framed.

"Three O’Clock in the Morning" is a waltz composed by Julián Robledo that was extremely popular in the 1920s. Robledo published the music as a piano solo in 1919, and two years later Dorothy Terriss wrote the lyrics.
