PURRFECTLY PRECIOUS is a Franklin Mint collector plate. The artist is Brian Walsh and the artist has signed the front of the plate. The plate measures 8 1/4" in diameter and is surrounded by a 22K gold ring on the outer border.The plate is EXCELLENT/MINT condition.It features 2 kitten's with one leaning over sleeping on the other one and they have a rose for their mom. A beautiful 1994 collectors plate from the Bradford Exchange. It is called Cat Nap by Persis Weirs and is the First issue in the Nosy Neighbors collection. Numbered limited edition.
