This handkerchief listing is somewhat unusual -- each hanky has a monogrammed name.
The white hanky is plain with only the name Rachel stitched in white in one corner.
The pink hanky is silk and has the name Johanna stitched -- unusual. This hanky has a thread pull across the length of the hanky. It is not unbecoming and is actually quite pretty so perhaps it was done intentionally.

This postcard listing has a wharf scene in Louisville, Kentucky – look at those cars – wow, worth a fortune today!! (Sorry, I got side-tracked.)
Postcard has this on the back “Wharf Scene, Ohio River, Louisville, Kentucky” and this description “This view of the Louisville Levee, shows the U.S. Coast Guard Station, established in 1881, the only inland River Coast Guard Station in the country. These simple white gloves are “dressed up” with a faux tortoise sash/type buckle! The buckle is decorative only but it adds a dash of color. Gloves are 100% nylon, are size 7, and measure 8 ¼” from hem to tip of middle finger.
Gloves have been hand-laundered and line dried (by me). They are ready to wear, give as a gift, or display.

I usually don’t list this type glove but these are so cute – straight from the 1950s! Gloves measure 7 ½” from hem to tip of middle finger, are size 6, and I believe they are a light weight wool blend. The cuff is adorned with faux pearls and glass tube shaped beads – so very pretty. Nice gloves, nicely priced!

I could not resist purchasing this empty box -- I have enjoying displaying it and now it’s time to share.

It is in very good condition with minor rubs, etc from storage/shelf wear.

This is a rather unusual hanky for mother – I’m assuming it is military. Handkerchief measures 10” x 10” and is in excellent condition.
Hanky has been laundered, lightly starched, and ironed (by me). It is from a smoke free environment.
Thank you for visiting Lin's Antiques at Cyberattic!

This serving spoon is stamped Oneida Community Stainless. From internet research, I have found it is the older retired pattern named Satinique.
Spoon is in good used condition with no discoloration (any seen in photos is light reflection). It does have some rubs that probably occurred during storage or scrubbing the bowl but it’s not detracting in any way, just normal evidence of use.
The spoon has a teeny, teeny rough place on the tip edge of bowl that can be felt with fingert...
