A pair of Princess House Fostoria Crystal Highlights Candle 3 Light candle holders. This pattern was introduced in 1988 and is a long time favorite of Princess House collectors. These candle holder were made to be used alone or as a centerpiece. Made by Fostoria for Princess House, they hold three candles, are 6 1/4 inches across and 1 3/4 inches deep, in excellent condition. One has the original gold and red Princess House Fostoria exclusive label.

This set of 6 stainless fish knives and forks probably dates from the early to middle part of the 20th Century. The form is Old English Tipt, a timeless pattern. Harrison Fisher has been a knife maker in Sheffield (England) for over 150 years. The set is very good quality – nicely balanced and in very good condition – I would guess they were little used. This is a vintage Cardinal China Company Chip and Dip bowl set. This was made by the Carteret China Company (1940's - 1960's) of New Jersey. It has a 22k warranted gold trim. In the chip "well" 5 separate dip recipes are printed in gold. The dish measures 10"x4" including the attached dip bowl. It is in good vintage condition, with no chips, cracks etc.; some age related crazing. The dip recipes (Confetti Dip, Plaza Dip)as well as the 22k warranted gold date this dish to the late 1940's.

The mark on the knives is for Saglier Freres, successor to Victor Saglier (1809-1894), a well-known Paris Art Nouveau silver maker who worked largely in plate but also solid silver. Sons Eugene and Andre continued the business until after World War II. These knives, 8-3/8” long, could be for lunch, dessert, cheese – or whatever – and probably date from about 1900-1910.
