Lengthy at 9 5/8" and weighty at 2.9 T. oz., this serving spoon has a large, 4" long by 2 1/2" at the widest by 5/8" deep, bowl with flanged shoulders, a central rib in the base, and a gold washed surface that is bright cut and wriggle work engraved in a blackberry and leaves design.

Dating circa 1880, it is stamped "J.S. MacDonald" for the late 19th century Baltimore firm, and with the word "Sterling."

Measuring a lengthy 5 3/4" and weighing a robust 1.7 T. oz., this pair of tongs are marked on the inside of each leg, respectively, with Durgin's "D" emblem and "Sterling," and "B.K. & Co.," for Boston's Bigelow, Kennard & Company.

The pattern is "Bead," issued in 1893. It features a "Tipt" end with a beaded margin handle, joined in this instance to heavy, detailed, talon grips.

The plain arch is engraved with an Old English "T" monogram.

This is a really great Red/Orange/Yellow Slag Two Handled Sweet Meat Mint Comport or Candy Dish made by Westmoreland Glass. This Sweet Meat measures 6 1/2 inches high to top of handle. It measures 5 1/4 inches diameter not including the handles and 8 inches diameter from outside handle to handle. This is a hard to find color in Westmoreland Glass. It was made with red and white glass but the tumbling process used to produce slag glass mixed the colors which turned to more orange and yellow... Click for details

Beautiful vintage purse with brown irridescent glass bugle beads stitched into a ric-rac pattern front and back. Goldtone closure works excellent. Metal frame in excellent condition and beading is perfect as far as I can see. Beads stitched onto brown fabric and purse lining is a brown-satiny fabric. I see no name or logo marked on the purse. Use it as a clutch or use with the long removable chain strap that is attached in photo. Measures 4" x 8 1/2" and has a goldtone 44" chain with hooks.

Here we have a nice large post office box made of brass. Featuring two dials and two windows with Brass eagles decoration. Number 1026. Winfied pottery of Pasadena made this adorable tilted creamer/pitcher. Hand scribed into the clay Winfield 351 Pasadena. Measures 3: to the top of the handle. Pitcher is tiltes and a chartreuse green with a brown drip edge. Perfect with no chips or cracks. color doesnt show well with my crummy lighting, it's more of a green color.
