I have definitely listed some unusual feed sacks and this one is no exception! The pattern of this one is Grandmother's Flower Garden – as seen on so many hand-made quilts!

Feed sack has not been fully opened. It measures 37” x 21 ½” (opened would be 37” x 43”). It is very colorful – colors are bright – and it is in excellent condition.

This listing has an excellent condition single vintage pillowcase and it’s a beauty! It is hand embroidered and has crochet edging.

Pillowcase measures 20 ½” wide, 29” long, and has ¾” crochet edging.

This listing has a children’s theme vintage feed sack – red drums on a white background!
Feed sack measures 36 ½” x 42 ½”.

It is not in perfect condition – has a 1” tear located 3 ¼” from edge and 1” from side. Also has a couple small dark dots and 6 rust dots.

Feed sack has been laundered, lightly starched and ironed (by me), and is from a smoke free environment. I did not pre-soak or use a rust remover on these "dots" so I do not know if they can be... Click for details

For your consideration is an interesting late 18th Century style American coin silver spoon, marked "W (pellet) D". This mark has been attributed by Catherine Hollan to Wilson Dalzell (mark B) in her book on South Carolina silversmiths. This spoon measures about 4 15/16 inches in length and weighs about 8 grams. The light weight, unusual shell-back decoration, small bowl size, mark and engraving to the handle indicate to me that it is probably American, but I don't know for sure that it... Click for details

Stamped "H&S" in two circles joined by a diamond for Syracuse, New York's Hotchkiss & Schreuder, this 8 3/4" long, 1.7 T. oz., berry spoon dates from the 1860s.

It is a fine representation of the design sensibilities and manufacturing skills of the period.

The stem is twisted while the scalloped edged handle end is flat with a slightly upturned tip. The surface of this has an engine turned background complimented with bright cutting and a wriggle work border on the backside.

Feed sack measures 38” x 38”. It has a 1” x ¾” hole located 12” from edge, 2 holes that are ¼” and are located 3” from edge, and there is a yellow spot on edge.

This listing has another unusual feed sack – a children’s theme! The background is blue and the pattern is of a little boy, a little girl, bunnies, ducks, ponies, puppies and more. Feed sack measures 44” x 36 ¼”.

It is not in perfect condition – it has five ½” holes, eight that are 1/8” to ¼” (all on one side) and they are located 5 ½” from edge. Feed sack also has some spotting that again, may launder out with a pre-soak but I do not know.

This feed sack is the same pattern as our #m4830 and also is not in perfect condition.

Feed sack measures 37” x 42”. It has flaws/holes: one that is ¾”, two that are 1”, two that are ¼” – these are located 5” from edge.

There is also a line of yellowing that is approximately 12”. I do not pre-soak or use bleach (some buyers are sensitive to this laundry additive) so this yellowing may or may not launder out, I don’t know. Feed sack is being sold as is and... Click for details

Gorgeous colorful flowers on this vintage feed sack! It measures 37” x 42” and while not in perfect condition, it has plenty of usable fabric.

Feed sack has several flaws: there are three holes measuring 1”, one that is ¾”, two that are ¼”, and two that are ½” – all are 5” from edge.
