This piece has been found in many costume jewelry books over the years,and is also in the Judith Millers Book. The leaf is a textured silvertone with smooth silvertone for definition, and an up & down design. Measures approximately 1-3/4 x 2 inches, and a standard backing. Very nice condition. The brooch is a lovely copper pear, with small clear rhinestone studded leaves. The brooch measures 2 inches high and 1 1/4 inch wide, and is in great condition, with only very minor surface wear showing. This piece is 100% copper, and is marked pat pend. on the back, I am assuming for the method of molding the brooch, and/or the design of the pin-back it is a good quality pin.
