Awesome vintage cookie jar made of heavy glazed ceramic/pottery. A Pitcher with raised grape pattern and says "COOKIES". hand painted with sponged trim, and the little lid is also a pitcher that is hollow so you can easily pick up the lid. PERFECT condition. All decoration is underglaze. Looking aat the bottom, there is no maker, but the pottery is a pinkish brown color. Gentle age crazing under the glaze. A wonderful vintage cookie jar for your collection. Measures 11" over all.

Adorable Snowman head cookie jar for your christmas or winter decor. Large and roomy measuring 8 1/2" tall. Cute snowman is all bundled up for the chilly weather in his hat,scarf and ear nuffs. Lookds as if it was made in ceramics class. Hand painted and glazed. One very small edge chip on the underside of the lid that has been repainted so not so noticeable (you have to look closely to find it). Not visible with the lid on the jar.

Very nice previously owned and used, 'ceramic cookie jar', in the form of a large Christmas bell with a bow and sprig of holly .The bell and bow are cream color, and the holly is green with red berries.Relief scroll decorations all around the bell. THis may have been done in ceramic class years ago, but has no makers mark or initials. Nice with one shall chip that is hard to detect because it is on the bow. Slight crazing typical with age. 8" tall. Very nice!

Nice large kitty cat cookie jar by Co Co Dowley will hold LOTS of cookies. Made of hand painted glazed ceramic. This kitty has a cute look, and wears a bib decorated with fishies and dots, and has black tabby stripes. Measures 12 1/4" tall. I just have one left now. This one has a crack near his rear end area. Can still be used, and displayed nicely. Small mechanism in the lid that looks like it takes a small battery, and the cat probably would meow when the lid is lifted.
