Vintage Japan kitten or cat cookie jar. I have noticed the Japan manufacturers made these with different hats. This one has a coolie hat with a flower on each side and wear a red and yellow polka dot tie. Some decoration in underglaze but it has cold paint accents for the tie and flowers. No chips or damages.
